* Oplimpic side pool = 50 yards = 50 meters

* Standard side pool = 25 yards = 25 meter 

* Normal standard and small pool = 20 yards = 20 meter

• Training and Competitive Programs For All Levels - Beginner - Advanced Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced - TRAIN BY : LEVEL / TECHNIQUE work towards improving your swimming technique •

~ Swimming Training Programs are designed for those swimmers / who's interested to enhance their swimming skills and this program will be including stroke correction and correcting whole body position while training .

• Training and Competitive Programs For All Levels - TRAIN BY : LEVEL / TECHNIQUE work towards improving your swimming technique , skill , gain a good stamina and confident before you enter swimming race .
 
• Competitive Swimmer Praticing and Training Program . For those youths swimmer who is already in the competition term but look for a personal coach to train and practice more into training routine and get better result for enhancing on the swimming laps , stroke and body correction and keep training and FIX YOUR TECHNIQUE AND SWIM FASTER . This will be more help among youths swimmer to enter the best result before the race for training  .

To train you swim perfectly of your swimming laps as you can swim like a professional swimmer .

if you want to focus the area of into muscle building through water exercises or swimming for the purpose of toning muscles and building a perfectly beautiful body outline through water fitness ~

Approximate Course Duration for :- 
Beginning 12 - 18 hours

Learn good warm up technique and lay foundation for training

WARM UP SET:

1 x 200y Freestyle

1 x 200y Kick

1 x 200y Freestyle


COACH TIP:

Take a :30 rest after every 200y swum .


DRILL SET:

4 x 50y 5-count Extension Drill

4 x 50y Freestyle


COACH TIP:

Take a :20 rest after every 50y swum .

Focus on getting the maximum length of each stroke


SWIM SET:

8 x 50y Freestyle


COACH TIP:

Take a :20 rest after every 50y swum.

WARM DOWN

WARM DOWN SET:

1 x 200y Freestyle. Easy Pace.



- WORKOUT B -

Develop a strong arm extension to maximize your power.

COACH TIP:

Take a :30 rest after every 200y swum.

WORK OUT

If you have had no prior experience with lap swimming or competitive swimming , this fitness / training level is for you .

Beginning 15 - 21 hours



Advanced Beginner

You’re an Advanced Beginner if you've completed the Beginner module , are fairly new to swimming but have been in the water regularly for a few months, or are a lap swimmer who trains regularly , but has no experience with intervals and drills .

This is how you practice swimming fast under pressure . In practice , deliberately make a point of having a “feel focus.” 
 Whenever you train , spend a good part of your set concentrating on the feel of what you are doing , in your body and whenever thoughts intrude ,  quickly bring yourself back to feel .
 In this way, you will train yourself to immediately notice when you've lost your focus and gotten distracted by thinking , and then instinctively bring yourself back to where it needs to be , on the FEEL of what you are doing .

With excellent training to improve swimming techniques for those competitive swimmer , youths swimmer able to gain more strengthen and confidence into the competitive edge .
