Learn How To Swim 





~ Beginner Swimming Lessons ~
This stage is suitable for students who are new to learn in swimming .

The focus of the swimming class is getting on the knowledge of about basic water skills , basic strokes and deep water orientation for beginning level .

During this stage , you will learn to
- Build up your water confidence and how to overcome the fear and panic when you are learning how to swim . 
- Basic water skill like float , submerge ; breathing technique ; basic level how to treading water . 

- Swim a basic stroke drill , I will let you know the breaststroke drill and techniques from the basic level . 

To completed your beginning level , You will come to learn how to blow and breath underwater . Thought this breathing exercises I will let you know the benefit of breathing techniques and skills . you will come to overcome the fear with water and understand the important part of the breathing technique and the technique of breaststroke to let you star to learn to swim , you will know clearly where to start from your head position , arms ; shoulder and hand position , body position , core position , waist position , legs and knees position and your kick position .  

*** When you come to the way to learn to learn to swim , you will be soon able to catched up the breaststroke technique from your beginning level , I will be going to point up your mistakes from time to time , and to enhance your breaststroke drill from your beginning level before you decided to Intermediate level . 
Why choose private class instead of open class ? The benefit of private class you can even learn more and I am always here to correct your mistakes , point them out and explain in full detail to you . Guide you to swim in a right way and you will easily catch up learning the skill correctly . My focus is just on you 
Private swimming class course fees might higher than open class but I PROMISE YOU , YOU COULD LEARN MORE AND COULD EVEN GET MORE FASTER TO CATCH UP THE SKILLS MORE FASTER , as I am truly  having a total more than 20 years of experience in this field , don't forget I have been doing schedule for my own time for training myself in the pool workout every day as well . It worth it more than you know . ***

Approximate course duration 
For beginning level = Two Sections or Three Sections  ( 12 hours  or plus 3 hours + 3 hours = 18 hours ) 
Every six hours for ONE SECTION . 
< Section A + Section B = 12 Hours >
to completed your beginning level . 
* 3 hours + 3hours * is meaning for student who is slower , they need another 3 hours or plus 3 hours into the course . 




~ Intermediate Swimming Lessons ~ 
Students will be able to swim at least 200 meters . In this class , you will gain proficiency in the following strokes : 

* Freestyle drill ( front crawl ) , Backstroke drill  ( back crawl )  and Breaststroke drill for Intermediate Level .
*Bent-Arm Freestyle ( Front Crawl )
* Arms strokes and legs actions for 
* Head and body position
* Body rotate 
* Pointed toes and fingertips pointed practice and exercises 
* Breathing Excersises 
* Threading Water and Dive in the pool .

* Oplimpic side pool = 50 yards = 50 meters

* Standard side pool = 25 yards = 25 meter 

* Normal standard and small pool = 20 yards = 20 meter 

Approximate course duration =Three Sections to Four Sections ( 12 to 18 lessons or plus 3 hours )
For Intermediate Level
Total Duration 12hours + 6hours = 18hours
( every six hours as one section , three section at 18hours to completed Intermediate level )
< Section A + Section B + Section C = 18hours  >
or plus 3hours 
* plus 3hours * is meaning for student who is slower , who is still under way catching the skills which they need to be enhancing more , added another 3 hours or plus 3 hours into the course




~ Advance / Master Advance Swimming Lessons ~
Advance stage is where you will swim gracefully for long distance. This is achievable by correcting your swim stroke with body streamline, stamina and endurance training. Students who are at advance level will learn how to perform:
* Butterfly
* Dolphine , Double or Triple-Wave Dolpine Butterfly Drill Press *
* Freedstlyle ( Master Advance )
  • • Six Kicks Switch / Legs Action •
  • • Catch Up Freestyle •
    • Straight Arm Freestyle • 
    • 45 Degree Angle ArmStroke • 
    • Fingertips drag / Fingertips Pulling Up and Pulling Down •
    • Zipper Drill •
    • Left and Right Side Breath Freestyle Drill • 
    * Side Kick *
    * Swimming Drills Flip Turn 
* Somersault  (Flip Turns) and Plunging
* Stroke correction and streamline
* Swimming laps
* Gain stamina in swimming

Approximate course duration
For Advance Level and Master Advance - 
Total Duration 12hours + 12hours  =  24hours or plus 3 hours + 3 hours  total at 30
hours 
( every six hours as one session , three section at 24 - 30 hours to completed Advanced / Master Advance Level )
< Section A + Section B + Section C + Section D = 24 hours
Section E = 30 hours >
( every six hours as one section , four sections at 24 hours to 30 hours completed Advance / Master Advance level )
or plus 3hours + 3 hours
* plus 3hours * is meaning for student who is still need on the way to completed Master Advance ,  added another 3 hours or plus 3 hours into the course











Traning and Swimming Classes / Training and Swimming Class /  Traininig and Competitive Program / Training For Youth Competitive Swimmer

~ Swimming Training Programs are designed for those swimmers / who's interested to enhance their swimming skills and this program will be including stroke correction and correcting your whole body position while swimming . 

• Training and Competitive Programs For All Levels - TRAIN BY : LEVEL / TECHNIQUE work towards improving your swimming technique , skill , gain a good stamina and confident before you enter swimming race .
 
• Competitive Swimmer Praticing and Training Program . For those youths swimmer who is already in the competition term but look for a personal coach to train and practice more into training routine and get better result for enhancing on the swimming laps , stroke and body correction and keep training and FIX YOUR TECHNIQUE AND SWIM FASTER . This will be more help among youths swimmer to enter the best result before the race for training  .

To train you swim perfectly of your swimming laps as like a professional swimmer .

Red Cross Certifications: First Aid WSI)Water Safety Instructor , Lifeguard Training , Life Saving Certificated or Certificate of Swimming Instrustor / Coacher / Teacher  or intake Certifications of Personal Trainer  ***




~ Pregnant Women Swimming Lessons and Programs / Pregnant Women Swimming Lessons and Water Therapy & Exercises Programs ~
You can choose the swimming programs as you interested from my Swimming Levels as listed above .
I can specially design for you a suitable swimming program just for you during your pregnancy period time .
Swimming is also safe and has very low impact on the body ; the reason is that the water supports the body’s weight , allowing pregnant women to feel weightless and decreasing the burden on their joints and spine. And since the increasing belly weight usually takes its toll on the back and shoulders, swimming strengthens the back muscles and reduces the pain .

I will guide you and monitor you at the heart rate below of 140bpm during exercise.

* If for any reason you have time constraints and wish to speed up your learning process , you can make further arrangements to have your swimming lessons conducted several times a week into my Intensive Swimming Program .


~ School Holiday For Kids / Children / Teenager Swimming Class Programs For All Levels ~
* This program is specially designed to student who's interested learn to swim and completed at one level just in a short time during school break time or school holidays or year end holidays  .

 I usually recommend lessons to be conducted at least once or twice a week . Each lessons I will be suggested one and half hour or depending on your arrangement with me . 

*** Please take noted that course fees will be differences depend of the area and the distances that I travel from my area to your area .

*** There will be course fees differencly if you are taking :-
90 mins x 8 classes = 12 hours ;
60 mins x 12 classes = 12 hours ;
90 mins x 12 classes = 18 hours ;
60 mins x 18 classes = 18 hours
90 mins x 16 classes = 24 hours 
60 mins x 24 classes = 24 hours
