• Competitive Swimmer Praticing and Training Program . For those youths swimmer who is already in the competition term but look for a personal coach to train and practice more into training routine and get better result for enhancing on the swimming laps , stroke and body correction and keep training and FIX YOUR TECHNIQUE AND SWIM FASTER . This is how you practice swimming fast under pressure . In practice , deliberately make a point of having a “feel focus.”
Whenever you train , spend a good part of your set concentrating on the feel of what you are doing , in your body and whenever thoughts intrude , quickly bring yourself back to feel .
In this way, you will train yourself to immediately notice when you've lost your focus and gotten distracted by thinking , and then instinctively bring yourself back to where it needs to be , on the FEEL of what you are doing .
With excellent training to improve swimming techniques for those competitive swimmer , youths swimmer able to gain more strengthen and confidence into the competitive edge .
